Amy Litton
DIRECTOR I SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

Amy has worked in the disability sector within private, government and non for profit services for over 15 years. She has experience with a wide range of assistive technologies and AAC systems including PODD, Grid 3, Proloquo2Go, LAMP, Unity, TD Snap. Amy’s experience includes working with many alternative access AAC users including switching, eye gaze and partner assisted scanning. Amy works part-time for ProAACtive and also works for Australian supplier Link Assistive and is a director of the non for profit Bridge Assistive.
Kayla Douthie
DIRECTOR I SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

Kayla has worked in the disability sector within private and non for profit services for over 10 years. She has experience with a wide range of assistive technologies and AAC systems including Grid 3, PODD, TouchChat, LAMP, TD Snap and more. Kayla is experienced in working with a range of access methods, with a particular interest in eye gaze, switching and partner assisted scanning. Kayla enjoys running AAC training and supporting AAC users and their caregivers to reach their communication goals. Kayla works part-time for ProAACtive.
Robyn O’connor
THERAPY ASSISTANT

Robyn has worked as an Education Support Teacher for 20 years. She has experience with assistive technologies and AAC, in particular, PODD and Grid 3 systems. Robyn is experienced in supporting an individual’s communication style, including the use of eye gaze and partner assisted scanning. She is familiar with the Boardmaker program and has experience creating resources, visuals and PODD books. Robyn is passionate about inclusion and an individual’s right to an effective means of communication.
Ana Carvajal

Ana has been a practicing Speech Pathologist for over 4 years. During this time, she has worked in the disability sector for non-for profit organisations. She is passionate about early intervention, ASD, multilingualism and supporting clients with complex communication needs. She has experience with different communication systems, including LAMP, TD snap, WordPower, Proloquo2Go, Grid3 and PODD. Ana enjoys working collaboratively with clients and their support team to implement strategies that foster communication and participation.
Lisa Gore

Lisa has worked in the disability sector within schools, private and non for profit services over the past 7 years. She has experience with a wide range of assistive technologies and AAC systems including TD Snap, PODD, Grid 3 and more. Lisa has had the opportunity to work with children and adults using a range of alternative access methods. Lisa works part-time for ProAACtive and for Australian supplier Link Assistive. Lisa enjoys supporting individuals and their communication partners to communicate and engage in interactions wherever that may be.

Nika has worked across diverse community settings in the disability sector within private and non for profit services for over 5 years. Nika is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of individuals facing speech, language, and swallowing challenges across a mixed caseload spanning early intervention, school-aged, youth, and adult individuals living with disabilities. She has experience with a wide range of assistive technologies and AAC systems including PODD, Grid 3, Proloquo2Go, LAMP and TD Snap. Nika’s experience includes working with many alternative access AAC users including switching, eye gaze and partner assisted scanning. Nika is known for her client-centered approach, fostering collaborative relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and stakeholders to empower clients to reach their maximum potential, ensuring a quality-driven, holistic approach in her interventions.

Carissa has been a speech pathologist for 4 years and has worked in the disability sector within schools and private practice. She firmly believes that everyone has the capacity to express themselves, and she is committed to working towards increasing access to communication for her clients. Carissa enjoys learning and is constantly engaging in professional development to ensure that she provides a service that will leave a positive impact on her clients' everyday lives. Carissa has experience with different communication systems including LAMP, TD snap, WordPower, Proloquo2Go and PODD. Having previously worked as an educator in Singapore, Carissa enjoys working collaboratively with families and other allied health professionals, and she believes that a multidisciplinary approach is essential for a successful communication journey.
Georgia Campbell

Georgia has been a Speech Pathologist for 5 years and has worked in the disability sector for non for-profit organisations. She has experience with assistive technologies including the TD Pilot and voice amplifiers and AAC systems such as Grid 3 and Communicator 5. Georgia has worked with both children and adults, using various access methods including switching, eye gaze and partner assisted scanning. Georgia enjoys setting individuals up with AAC systems to support their inclusion and independence. Georgia works part time for ProAACtive.
